Ginger Garlic Paste1 tablespoon
Lemon juice1 tablespoon

Lettuce ½ cup, (as required) (julienne cut)
Carrot ½ cup, (julienne cut)
Cucumber½ cup
Fresh coriander¼ cup
Salt to taste

Dough Preparation:

  • In a bowl, add maida, vegetable oil, sugar, yeast, salt and blend it well by adding warm water and canopy and rest for 1-2 hours.
  • After that knead again and dived into small balls and rest for a quarter-hour.
  • Now roll out the dough and prepare it on a hot plate. Shawarma bread is prepared now
  • Meantime make the Chicken, Salad, and Sauce.

Chicken Preparation:

  • In a bowl add Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Yogurt, BBQ Sauce, Salt, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Red flavorer, Lemon juice, and marinate for two hours
  • After that add 2 tbsp vegetable oil to a pan and cook marinated chicken until tender.
  • And put aside.

Salad Preparation:

  • In a bowl add, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, fresh coriander, salt, vinegar, water.
  • And blend it well.

Sauce Preparation:

  • In a bowl, mayonnaise, yogurt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic.
  • And blend it well

Serving Style 1 for Pakistani Shawarma:

Place the prepared sauce, ketchup on shwarma bread and put some prepared salad, cooked chicken, jalapeno, and fold the shawarma bread and hold it with a wooden stick.

Serving Style 2 for Pakistani Shawarma:

Place the fixed sauce, ketchup, and lettuce on shawarma bread and put some prepared salad, cooked chicken, jalapeno, and wrap with butter paper. Enjoy Shwarma!
